Walk Thru The Door - 30 Day Reset
You're brilliant at your job. You achieve the targets and carry the team and everyone else's priorities, but for a long time now, you've felt that you need time to figure out what you want and give yourself time to focus in on what's next for you without dropping the ball on an already packed schedule.
Walk Thru The Door has been specifically designed for the busy executive to help you achieve your personal reset in just 20 focused minutes a day, over 30 days.
How it works:
This program is designed to be time-bound; it runs for 30 days from the time you press go. Walk Thru the Door is a complete program of diagnostics and exercises contained within a hardback A5 journal that also doubles up as a daily diary, with dates you can fill in so you have everything at your fingertips and can maximise your time. In 30 days, you will focus on what you want, your season, the one goal you want to achieve, and, most importantly, include reflective exercises so you can spot your own patterns holding you back, course correct and move past them quickly.
Set up to win from the start
Walk Thru The Door is a done-with-you program with two 30-minute calls included with me, Selina Yankson, your coach, so that you are set up to win from the outset.
These high-value positioning calls are designed to keep you focused, so you maximise your time and focus.
Call 1 - sets your baseline, answers your questions to ensure you start with a clear picture of where you are, not a blank page and a good intention.
Call 2 - we'll discuss what shifted over the last five weeks, your aha moments and look at your next logical step for your next best move.
Why write in a physical journal?
Research suggests that writing by hand makes you slow down and quietens the brain's threat response and brings the reasoning, planning part back online, giving you time to pause and think clearly, especially when you're under pressure, and that pause is one of the key points of this reset.
Walk Thru the Door is designed to make your reset as effective as possible; therefore, you will be sent your own personal copy of Walk Thru the Door as a hardback A5 Journal, which contains the complete program and provides space to complete the exercises, reflections, and progress in your own handwriting.

Confidentiality: All coaching sessions and materials are strictly confidential. The coach will not disclose any information shared during the programme except as required by law or as agreed with the client. The client agrees to keep all coaching conversations and materials confidential.
Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees promptly in accordance with their agreed payment schedule. Payments can be made securely via Pensight, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. All cancellation terms apply regardless of payment schedule.
Coaching Sessions: The client agrees to provide at least 48 hours' notice for any session that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of that session. If the coach cannot attend a session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Coaching periods can only be extended by mutual agreement.
Refunds and Cancellation: As the coaching delivered is personalised and bespoke, all programme fees are non-refundable once the agreement is entered into. If the coach ends the agreement, the client will receive a pro-rated refund minus fees for sessions already taken.
Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. If the client terminates, they remain responsible for all fees owed for the full coaching arrangement, subject to the refund policy above.
Materials — The Journal: One hardback journal is included in the programme. The digital first section is released on payment, and the hardback journal is dispatched within three working days of sign-up, with worldwide delivery taking up to ten working days. The hardback journal is non-refundable and non-returnable. If the journal or its packaging arrives damaged, you must send photographic evidence of the damage to the coach. A replacement will then be sent at the discretion of Selina Yankson.

Recording of Sessions: The client gives their express consent to recordings being made as part of this agreement. Recordings are provided for the client's personal reference and may not be shared, distributed, or published in any form. Recordings will be available to the client for three months following the end of the programme, after which they will no longer be accessible.
Data Protection and GDPR: The coach collects and processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services, will be stored securely, and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent except where required by law. The client has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the coach directly.
Client Conduct: The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately and without refund if the client behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate toward the coach. In such circumstances, the client remains liable for all fees owed under the full coaching arrangement.
Non-Attendance: If the client fails to attend a scheduled call without providing the required 48 hours' notice, that call will be forfeited with no right to a replacement or refund. Each of the two calls may be rescheduled once, with 48 hours' notice. Any further change will result in forfeiture of that call.
Force Majeure: The coach will not be in breach of this agreement as a result of any failure or delay in delivering services caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, bereavement, technical failure, or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances the coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions at a mutually convenient time.
Variation of Terms: Any changes to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing by both parties. No verbal agreement to vary these terms shall be binding on either party.
