Refreshing session with Selina as always. We discussed how my CV can be improved using the 4x4 impact. Selina highlighted the importance of making key words stand out in the CV so that it does not just list responsibilities. We had an overview of my current work situation and next steps to take and also had a insightful review on my progression so far since I started my journey here.

This was a very helpful reflection session looking back at my unicorn skills and strengths that I need to work on refining and emphasizing, especially on Linkedin. I am getting a better sense of direction on what to work on in order to improve my professional self, which I am embracing.

This session was very helpful, Selina gave constructive and helpful feedback regarding my recent changes that I made on my Linkedin profile to improve my branding and who I am. I really like the way that Selina brings more focus to my unicorn skills on the LInkedin profile and highlights the importance of this. Overall I feel like I am viewing the profile and how this should be done from a professional and recruiter perspective so this session was a gem.

Very insightful and inspiring lesson on taking a deeper dive on my hidden skills and really learning the difference between branding and identity. A concept I have been struggling to distinguish and separate. Through my coaching sessions with Selina, I am slowly breaking away from the mindset that they are one and the same. I am quite grateful for this eye-opening experience and took on very helpful and constructive criticism on how I can build my brand by really highlighting on my special 'unicorn skills' that set me out from the rest of the crowd.

This session got me thinking more about the skills that I enjoy doing. I was being more work-minded and thinking about writing, analysing, co-ordinating but it turns out my passion is presentation skills. I have been encouraged to think about my presentation skills and how I can possibly cultivate them outside of the workspace in alignment with personal life dreams. Re-affirmed that the best time to start anything new is now, rather than looking back with regrets i.e. 'coulda', 'shoulda', 'woulda'! Also a lot of work on breaking past mindset barriers was done here and the uncomfortable aspect of exploring those really makes you reflect that you are the one in control to change your mindset and that it is do-able!

This was a really good conversation, examples and visual analogies helped me to better understand what sort of leader I need to be. I have learnt various ideas to implement for being a better leader and the importance of setting future goals to aim towards.
