Program Structure

The Full Program runs for 90 days. All group classes and private coaching sessions included in the Full Program must be scheduled and completed within this period.

Any classes from your previous package remain separate from the Full Program and follow the terms of your original purchase.

Sessions included in the Full Program that are not scheduled or are missed within the 90-day timeframe cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Pause Policy

If unexpected or significant circumstances arise, participants may request a temporary pause of the program. Pause requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be communicated directly.
