About me
I grew up in a family business in the auto parts distribution industry and worked my way up the ladder to become sales manager. I was great in sales and my Dad figured I could be a good sales manager, but had almost no training in management. I hired my own leadership trainer and realized that I love to learn, grow and help others. That was over 27 years ago and have been successfully helping small and medium size businesses grow and develop since. I can help you too! How I can help
I help business owners and leaders improve the performance of their organizations. I do this in three ways.
- I provide consulting/coaching services & tools to hire the right person for the job
- I provide coaching on managing employee performance so business owners can free themselves to improve and grow their businesses
- I provide training on leadership and teamwork to first time managers and those who have never had formal training on leadership and management. As a result, employees can collaborate, work autonomously and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
