Oceans apart. Completely different backgrounds. Even different mother languages. And yet, somehow, Suzan has this gift for creating a space that makes you feel safe and deeply seen, enough to begin finding your way back home to your body. Our sessions were filled with a deep exploration of what I was feeling in my body: images, sensations, memories, emotions. Thankfully, there was room for all of them. And as it often happens when someone holds all the parts of you that you've always believed were "too much," I slowly began learning to hold myself that way, too. The shared notes, practices and guided recorded exercises were also super helpful, as I was able to return to those tools long after our sessions ended. All of this work together unlocked something in me. Something I can't quite name yet, but it certainly has to do with a renewed relationship with all of the parts and pieces of my self. I'm deeply grateful for the intimacy of the space, and for having found someone whose presence is so genuine and warm that any sense of digital distance simply disappears, and who also knows exactly when to bring a bit of humor into the conversation. You are the best, Su. I truly hope your work reaches many, because we need more of the kind of inner sovereignty you help people reclaim 🤍

Suzy is a fantastic guide and space holder. She is very skilled at making you feel at ease, and super ethical and transparent throughout the entire session. She expertly guides you, moving at your own pace. She is trauma-informed super knowledgeable about CPTSD, which really shines through during the session. She met me exactly where I was throughout the entire session, gently prompting me with questions to explore feelings and sensations that would arise. I cannot wait to experience more of her healing magic. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe space to explore their body, or anyone looking for support in capable and patient hands. 💖

I attended Suzan’s workshop at the Horniman Museum and it was very well set up. Suzan’s knowledge on nervous system regulation and community was spot on and I really enjoyed it. I look forward to future events.

I love participating in any event organised or space held by Suzan. She has a very peaceful and calm presence and I always feel serenity when I listen to her soothing voice. While concentrating on her words and following her guidance I can feel my anxiety melting away.

The content was well-rounded, building up with research-based facts and focused exercises. It was a much needed mid-year reflection. I highly recommend it to everyone.
