Hi, I’m Suzan (or Suzie)! ◎◉

I support people in transmuting survival patterns into agency, choice, and embodied power. It is a reminder of their inherent worth, playfulness, and capacity through intentional healing. I blend nervous system work, integrative coaching, energetics, and unconscious exploration.

My work is shaped by lived experience of complex trauma, burnout, and disconnection, and by a deep awareness of how modern systems often strip people of agency and choice — quietly through pressure and performance culture, and violently through war, displacement, and conflict.

I believe our personal freedom begins with safety. Real shifts happen when people are met without judgment or pressure, at the speed of trust and at the speed of safety.

I'm certified in Somatics, Embodiment & Regulation Strategies, Yoga & Meditation, Coaching High-Performing Individuals & Teams, and am currently a Psychotherapist in training. UKCP Trainee Registered
