Hi, I'm Le'Siran, Founder of UK's 1st Black & Diverse Safeguarding Professionals Conference
After 25+ years of experience working with children & families, I stepped back from the frontline and and founded Social Work Coaching Hub.
The Hub empowers children’s social workers, helping professionals and values-led organisations to lead with clarity, confidence and courage — through my keynotes, 1-2-1 coaching programmes, trauma-informed and anti-racism training, podcasts, planners and events.
My mission? To build workplace cultures where wellbeing and belonging aren’t nice-to-haves, but the strategy.
The system is loud — but so is your purpose!
BDSC was founded to centre the voices, experiences and needs of Black and global majority professionals and our work with vulnerable communities on a national scale.
