  • Innovation in Public / Frontline Service Award

Recognising an individual or organisation who has introduced a creative or forward-thinking approach that has improved outcomes for professionals, communities, families or service users, whether through digital platforms, face-to-face work or content creation. This award celebrates those using innovative ideas, storytelling, media or technology to influence practice, raise awareness or create positive change within the public service industry/frontline services or those supported by public services.

  • Excellence in Coaching & Mentorship Award

Recognising an individual who has made a significant impact by guiding, supporting and developing practitioners in their professional journey as a Coach or Mentor.

  • Safeguarding Practitioner of the Year

Recognising an individual who has demonstrated outstanding practice and demonstrable impact in safeguarding and protecting children, families or vulnerable people/communities.

Award Categories

  • Equity & Inclusion Leader or Organisation of the Year

Recognising either an individual or organisation that has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing equity, diversity and inclusion within their workforce, culture or services.

For individuals, this includes those working in a dedicated EDI/DEI role who have shown leadership in driving fairer systems, improving representation and embedding inclusive practice.

For organisations, this award celebrates tangible progress, whether through the introduction of EDI leadership roles, initiatives that promote belonging, or actions that create more equitable outcomes for staff and communities.

Nominations should clearly outline the change achieved, including a ‘before and after’ perspective to demonstrate the impact of this work.

  • Rising Star in Public Service

Recognising an emerging professional who is making a meaningful impact early in their career across safeguarding or public service.

This individual demonstrates passion, potential and a clear commitment to equitable, person-centred and trauma-informed practice. Whether through their day-to-day work, leadership of ideas, or the way they show up for others, they are already contributing to positive change.

This award celebrates those who are one to watch; rising with purpose, influence and impact.

  • Community Impact Award

Recognising an individual, founder or organisation whose work has created a meaningful and lasting difference within communities.

This includes those supporting global majority professionals, children, families or communities, through initiatives, services or advocacy that drive positive change and strengthen connection, wellbeing and opportunity. Community Interest Companies and Charities

  • Still Standing Award

Recognising a professional who has faced racism, discrimination or systemic barriers; not as something to be accepted, but challenged and continues to rise with courage, integrity and impact, whether inside or beyond the system.

These experiences are often carried quietly and go unseen. Or worse, when shared it can go unchecked and unsupported. This award creates space to acknowledge those untold stories and to honour the strength and sacrifices it takes to still be standing.
