Fantastic! I gave myself the gift of a half-hour consultation and it was just what I needed. Jen really listened; even let me interrupt! She is so knowledgable and calmly walked me through the steps on my devices. I have a much better understanding about how and where all my 20,000 photos are stored and how to access them. I've already started a new list for questions for the next session. Highly recommend!
