My classes focus on proper alignment, breath, and movement to not only improve flexibility and strength but also emphasise on injury prevention and mobility techniques through repetition and connecting mind to muscle. I'm dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for students of all levels and abilities. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, My sessions are designed to help you find your inner strength and balance.

Class Description:

Whatever your level or practice, my sessions focus on mobility and injury prevention through a combination of postures, movements, and breath work. The sessions are designed to improve flexibility and range of motion in the joints, while also strengthening the muscles that support them.

Through proper alignment and a focus on proper form, you will also learn how to prevent common sports-related injuries.

My sessions also involve bringing in a sense of calm and focusing on mindfulness to help with:

  • Anxiety

  • Sleep

  • Focus & Productivity
