  • Where is the session?

    During the group session, you'll join a small group of like-minded individuals in the light and airy new room and building at the back end of the Harrow Arts Centre.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

    We ask you to bring a cushion to sit on, a journal and note book, water bottle. Yoga mat also recommended for comfort and blankets welcome too to make yourself at home.
