🌟 Spa Girl Super Sprint (our FAVORITE for beginners!) | Training Starts March 22nd Think: done super fast before you even realize you’re racing 😉
Swim: 400m (about 12 minutes)
Bike: 10 miles (45 minutes–1 hour)
Run: 2 miles (around 25 minutes)

This distance is short, approachable, and perfect if this is your first-ever triathlon. You’ll feel accomplished, confident, and proud crossing that finish line 💪🌺

🌟 Spa Girl Sprint Distance | Training Starts Feb 15th
Want a little more challenge? The sprint is a great option if you’ve been running, biking, it is also great for beginners too! We train a little longer to build that solid endurance base!

Swim: 800m (about 24 minutes)
Bike: 14 miles (1 hr, 15mins)
Run: 5K (3.1 mile) (around 30-40 minutes)

No matter which distance you choose, we’ve got you covered with:
