Vada Cruse

Hello there! My name is Baroness Vada Cruse, and I'm a Multi-Passionate Generalist and Empowerment Advisor for small women-led businesses and nonprofits. It brings me great joy to work with entrepreneurs and help them succeed in their respective fields. I'm also the Founder of The Baroness Consortium, which is a Women's Empowerment & Equality Social Welfare Organization.

My belief in the importance of providing access to resources that can help foster self-sufficiency comes from my own experiences. I've found that financial literacy, entrepreneurship training, and sustainable, realistic workforce development programs can make a huge difference for underserved communities. That's why I'm so passionate about the work that I do.

Helping women-led businesses and promoting equality are my passions, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to work in a field that allows me to make a difference.
