Hello, I’m Baroness Vada—a strategist, nonprofit leader, and business advisor who helps women turn big ideas into sustainable, well-built organizations.

My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, nonprofit development, operations, real estate, and social impact. I work with women-led businesses and mission-driven organizations to build the infrastructure behind the vision—from organizational formation and compliance to operations, revenue strategy, program development, and systems that allow an organization to actually function and grow.

I’m also the Founder of The Baroness Consortium, a social welfare organization focused on expanding access to economic opportunity, housing stability, workforce development, financial empowerment, and other resources that help women build greater independence and self-sufficiency.

My approach is deeply rooted in lived experience, but it is equally grounded in strategy. I know what it means to navigate systems that were not necessarily designed with women like us in mind—and I believe access to the right information, resources, relationships, and opportunities can fundamentally change what is possible.

Over the years, I’ve learned that empowerment is more than encouragement. It is infrastructure. It is access. It is strategy. It is having someone at the table who knows how to help you turn the vision into something real.

That is the work I do.
