I’m Bouchra Chaoui, a Business mentor and speaker. My journey from the corporate boardrooms to empowering coaches and entrepreneurs might seem unconventional, but it's the very foundation of my work.

For years, I climbed the corporate ladder, armed with an Executive MBA and fluency in three languages (Arabic, French, English). Yet, something was missing. Despite outward success, a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment remained elusive.

Society may tell us that we should keep pushing forward, no matter the cost to our health and well-being. And so, I continued, until one day, I hit a breaking point. It was during this dark period that I had a moment of clarity, a pivotal moment that would shape my future. I realized that I needed to take responsibility for ME and shift my mindset. I began a journey into personal development, discovering that everything I needed was already inside me.

Today, I empower women coaches and entrepreneurs to do the same. I guide them to:

• Ignite their own inner power and find their unique leadership voice.

• Design sustainable, soul-aligned businesses that honor their values and gifts.

• Build abundance with integrity, strategy, and heart-centered principles.

I'm not just a mentor; I'm living proof that aligning your values, leveraging your experience, and embracing your authentic path is the key to a truly fulfilling and impactful business.

Meanwhile and as part of my life work, I aim to share my wisdom in Arabic through my podcast « Time for Good News هُنا البُشرىٰ » and in English, on other’s stages including institutions, conferences and summits to Inspire, Empower overachiever women to ignite their inner power, cultivate resilience, and create a life of soulful fulfillment, freedom, and purpose. 🔑
