Ryanna ("Ry") Battiste

Enjoyed our session. I'm new to breath work and had found that trying to make the mind-body connection using various YouTube videos to be very difficult and generally leave me feeling unaccomplished and even apprehensive. Ryanna's presence and voice made all the difference. Not overloading, taking center stage nor so soft and distant, you end up falling asleep at the wheel. I was finally able to achieve some connection and didn't feel the usual hesitation to give myself over fully.

This was wonderful, just what I needed for self-forgiveness cultivation, which I had been struggling with for a long time. Thank you so much!
