2. Question: Can you guarantee specific results or credit score increases?

• Answer: While we can't guarantee exact results, we have a strong track record of helping clients improve their credit and offer an 90-day guarantee to see results. The specific outcome varies for each individual.

3. Question: How long does credit repair typically take?

• Answer: Credit repair timelines vary based on the complexity of the issues. On average, clients see improvements within a few months, but it can take longer for more challenging cases. Average file is about 8 months.

4. Question: What types of items can be disputed or removed from my credit report?

• Answer: Items such as late payments, collections, charge-offs, inquiries, evictions, bankruptcies, repossessions, medical debt, and inaccuracies can often be disputed. We'll assess your report and determine which items can be addressed.

We find that by offering a low monthly fee, we can offer our services to those that couldn’t afford our fees upfront.

• Answer: You can attempt credit repair on your own, and I have a link to a DIY kit, but using a professional service like ours can often yield more effective and efficient results.

• Answer: Yes, there are legal obligations under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) that credit repair companies must follow to protect consumers and we abide by them.

8. Question: Will credit repair affect my ability to get new credit?

• Answer: Credit repair is essential if you are constantly getting denied. We focus on educating our clients about credit and how to build positive financial habits to avoid with a low score again! Life happens and that’s fine, but if you understand how your score drops in the future, you can attack the issue and increase your score again!

9. Question: How will I track the progress of my credit repair?

- Answer: We provide regular updates on the status of your credit repair process through the month. We also have a client portal for you to access/monitor the progress of your repair.

10. Question: Do you offer a money-back guarantee if my credit doesn't improve?

- Answer: We offer a satisfaction and result guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to address your concerns. We also offer a 90-day money back guarantee if you do not see any deletions. Please note that this does not guarantee the full repair will be completed within 90 days, but you will absolutely see progress and some deletions.
