Despina (Dessa) Rangou

I completed a 6-week somatic coaching course with Dessa and I adored it. My intention for this period was to build the capacity for emotional regulation through somatic tools and techniques. The sessions lasted 1.5 hours and the course included four modules: Breath Awareness, Grounding, Soothing Touch & Naming Sensations. The value from each session and the amount of information are massive, so it's the epitome of value for money. Dessa herself is a beautiful soul and an excellent guide: compassionate, patient, empowering, generous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the course; it's an amazing and fulfilling growth experience.
