Hello all, I’m Joshua Coates. I’m a Spiritual Life Coach/Advisor & owner of IndigenousThought LLC. I’ve spent the last 8 years learning self, healing past/past life traumas, & reconnecting with my inner child through shadow work.

One thing I’ve learned through this journey is that shadow work is a process that we all must approach when seeking growth in life. We often cross roads where we feel stagnant, or like nothing seems to be working out in our favor. When everything outside of us starts to get rocky, the best direction to seek help from, is within*

This is where I come in! With years of experience in helping myself and others, I’m finally in a space where I can provide life coaching help to more people, compliments of IndigenousThought LLC.

I will be using this platform along with my social media accounts to provide help to those in need as our community continues to grow.

Shadow work is a process relatable to a marathon. It never really ends, we just learn how to handle it better overtime through repetition.

Choosing to work with me, you’ll find your ability to grow from within. I’ll give you perspective of better, for times that may seem impossible. This may not always be what you want to hear, but it will be what is needed. I will provide text, audio, and video responses, as well as live text/audio/video sessions as they are scheduled. You’ll learn overtime that it’s ok to be misunderstood, in a world of so many distractions.
