How I transformed my life:
It all started with a Half-Marathon Race on May 1st of 2022. I had only trained for 17 inconsistent days leading up to the race. Lets just say my lack of commitment and discipline showed. I finished with a time of 1:47:09. I was determined more than ever to make a change. Ever since that day, I have run at least 1 mile EVERY SINGLE DAY. On April 30, 2023, I ran the Race again and finished with a time of 1:37:16. 10 minutes faster than the year before by simply running 1 mile EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Then, on September 22, 2023 I ran an Ultra Marathon and finished with 64.6 miles in 22 hours. The majority of my training again being 1 mile a day training.
The biggest thing I've learned is Consistency Equals Discipline.
