Jade has truly changed my life. Before starting her 8-week Emotional Wellness coaching, I felt completely stuck and didn’t know how to move forward. Through her kindness, support, guidance, compassion, and coaching, Jade created such a safe space, helping me explore the deeper issues that were holding me back. I learned so much about myself and was able to work through things I never thought I could. The changes I’ve made have lasted, and I can honestly say I’m a different person because of this experience. If I hadn’t taken those 8 weeks with Jade, I don’t believe I would have made the positive changes I have today. I’ll always be grateful for everything Jade has helped me achieve. I really loved the one to one, one-hour session. It is perfect that the sessions are for 1h, gives one space and time to fully express yourself. The sessioons felt very personal and safe, and I appreciated that it didn’t feel rushed. What stood out to me was how patient and attentive Jade is especially that she didn’t abruptly end the session just because the hour was up. When we were in the middle of an emotional conversation, she gave space for it to unfold naturally, which made me feel truly heard, seen and supported. She created a calm and non picky environment where I could open up freely, and the advice she gave was thoughtful and helpful. Jade also gave room for complete vulnerability that i appreciated so much. Overall, the session felt very caring, grounded, and meaningful, and I left feeling supported, seen and understood. I will most definitely be back.

An amazing woman! These sessions were actually super helpful and I left completely refreshed after our last session. Our sessions each week were so edifying and Jade definitely helped me understand and see myself in a different way. I would definitely recommend her and book her again.

Jade is a phenomenal coach to work with. One of the most special things about spending time with her is that even when she was simply listening to me alone, just her presence brought a deep sense of comfort and peace. I felt safe around her, she has a very peaceful and grounded spirit. Her words carry wisdom, love, and acceptance. She has an incredible balance of understanding, empathy, and leadership, with the ability to guide and direct with strength. I never once felt lost in our sessions. She has a remarkable gift for bringing language to complicated situations and making them feel simple and clear. You leave each session with a deeper understanding of who you are and what will help you move forward. No matter what I brought to her, she remained steady and unshakable and that gave me huge confidence in many moments. Whenever I felt anxious or emotional, she had this calm, grounding energy that instantly helped me find my centre again. What was missing for me was a voice who carried a genuine heart for my experiences, and would sit with me to bring a judgment-free space where I could be truly seen and understood. I needed someone who could not only listen but also bring the perfect balance of life experience and understanding (whether that be spiritual or non-spiritual) to identify what was misaligned, to know exactly when to comfort, when to correct, when to share personal wisdom, when to listen, and when to speak. That level of discernment was completely invaluable to me and is something rare to find in most therapeutic spaces. What I experienced with Jade was far beyond what you would find in standard therapy (even at double the price). After sharing deeply personal and sometimes troubling experiences that left me feeling broken, Jade knew exactly how to guide me through the process of navigating and recovering. She became the missing piece in my journey towards healing and restoration. A wonderful service here that both men and women can benefit from!

Jade is very easy to talk and express anything to. I would say there is a sense of Gods peace as soon as the meeting starts and she is very pedagogical which is important.
