My elite application methods and highest quality professional-grade adhesives are designed to deliver exceptional retention — often lasting well beyond the industry standard. Many clients enjoy 6–12+ weeks of wear, and in special cases even longer. The average refill is 4 weeks, that's over double the standard at other locations.

✅ What’s Covered:

If you experience excessive premature lash loss due to an application error (for example: insufficient adhesive, improper bond, or technical error on my part), I will happily correct it within 14 days of your appointment at no charges. Luckily, we've mastered our methods and rarely ever see an application error, but we also know anything can happen and take responsibility where it's due.

⏰ Timing of Guarantee:

To ensure I can correct application issues effectively:

The guarantee is valid for 14 days from your original appointment.

You must schedule and attend a corrective appointment within this 14-day window.

If you cannot come within 14 days, standard rates may apply for any new growth or maintenance, even if the original issue was an application error.

Addressing issues sooner allows for the cleanest, most efficient correction and prevents natural outgrowth from complicating your set

❌ What’s Not Covered

Retention is a partnership between artist and client. My guarantee does not apply when loss is caused by client-related factors, including:

Arriving to your appointment with makeup, mascara, eyeliner, or residue on your lashes. This includes mascara on bottom lashes, as blinking transfers residue to the upper lashes, preventing proper bonding.

Failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions.

Use or excessive use of oil-based products, heavy creams, or strip-lash glue near the lashes. Our adhesives are oil resistant however there are certain oils that interact differently with adhesives.

Excessive touching, pulling, or picking at lashes.

Medical or hormonal conditions that affect lash growth or shedding.

> Important: Your preparation directly impacts retention. A clean, makeup-free lash line is essential for your set to achieve optimal longevity.

1. Arrive with completely clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes.

2. Follow the pre-care and aftercare guidelines provided.

3. Communicate openly about any lash concerns or goals, including bottom-lash definition.

💡 Optional Solutions

If bottom-lash definition is important to you, we can discuss bottom lash extensions as a safe alternative to mascara, allowing you to maintain your desired look without compromising your top-lash retention.

There are mascara's approved for use with eyelash extensions. They are not available at your local drug store or mass stores like Sephora. Ruthie Belle BFF is one option.
