Before meeting Lauren I had been long-term unemployed and a severe procrastinator. I couldn’t follow a diary and let all my tasks build up in my head leading to stress and anger when I couldn’t get things done. Lauren showed me how to create plans and goals so I could visualise externally and clear my head of the clutter, work out what my mental blocks were and what I really wanted to focus on. The more sessions I did the more layers I could peel back how to get my mind working in a way that got results, through undertaking some simple but effective tasks. The most unexpected benefits, however, I found were from the clearing audios that Lauren would produce after a session. These were incredibly relaxing and helped in different emotional areas of my life and I continue to use these. I have already noticed my life moving forward, functioning better and with a more proactive frame of mind.
