Hello. My name is Alphonzo Jones, and I have been a certified emotional intelligence coach for over four years. I started my practice to help others manage and be aware of their emotions, understand others, and handle social situations in healthy ways, ultimately increasing their emotional intelligence.
I also started my practice because I've seen, experienced, and continue to see the damage that the lack of emotional intelligence can cause among people. Disconnections, miscommunication, lack of empathy, confusion, pain, and emotional distress are just some of the symptoms due to the lack of emotional intelligence a person or people can have. So, I wanted to make a difference, got certified, and got to work.
Families, friendships, relationships, and peopIe are important to me. And I believe we can all help, teach, encourage, understand, and grow with each other if we're willing to. Emotional intelligence is the answer to making it possible. So, that's why I take my work very seriously by getting my clients the results they want to have better intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to have better relationships with themselves and others.
