He's also very organized (something I'm hoping to become too), this has greatly helped with keeping track of the progress and solutions we've agreed on over time. I especially appreciate getting a summary after each session (actually written by him and not some AI) and the agenda for the next session. It really shows he cares and thinks ahead.
