I wasn’t sure what to expect from my initial call with Sam — honestly, I thought it might turn into a sales pitch right away. But it didn’t. Instead, he simply asked why I reached out and gave me space to speak. What stood out most was how he affirmed everything I was feeling without trying to fix or steer me. It felt like being truly seen and heard — and that alone was powerful. I left the call with more clarity and a sense of calm I didn’t realize I needed.

Sam helped me feel like all the things I’ve been bothered about recently is normal, and just hearing someone say the things I knew deep down has helped me feel validated. Sometimes we all just need that big hit of reassurance and the call with Sam was helpful. A wealth of knowledge and understanding goes a long way. I have homework set now though, so no backing off from what is needed to be done.
