I wasn’t sure what to expect from my initial call with Sam — honestly, I thought it might turn into a sales pitch right away. But it didn’t. Instead, he simply asked why I reached out and gave me space to speak. What stood out most was how he affirmed everything I was feeling without trying to fix or steer me.
