E X C E L L E N T ✨✨✨✨ Get your notebook out early cause this is really one of them ones. This devotional will begin to question some old thoughts and bring revelation to new ones. I highly recommend ALL readers to read “Dismantling Toxic Thoughts” at least once per month. Lol 😆. But in all seriousness, Dr. Joe was quite intentional with giving proper and right now tools for beginning to dismantle our thoughts. I challenge each of you to take heed and do the work and prepare to reap its fruits ⚡️.

This devotional is something EVERYBODY can get behind. With the world we live in now, it’s easy to have toxic thoughts and sometimes it’s hard to combat them. Dismantling Toxic Thoughts gives practical application of the Bible to every day life, and has truly helped refresh my mental health.

Life changing! It’s engaging and easy to follow along. Practical for new believers and seasoned believers in their faith walk. I even tuned into the WOPCC podcast series on “Dismantling Toxic Thoughts.” Praise the Lord for Dr. Gray’s heart posture, knowledge, and shared wisdom.

I LOVE this devotional because in doing it, you have no choice but to dismantle your toxic thoughts. It blesses the reader WHILE reading it and I love the prompts. They allow us space to reflect on what the Lord is working on in us, concerning our thought life. This devotional makes you face your thoughts and think about what you are thinking about!

Wow! This devotional was so impactful! I think what I loved most was that it challenged me! I really loved the tasks and the journal pages after each day!
