I always considered myself to be one of those lucky women who have an easy, pain free period so I did not think there was much I could get out of period coaching. Little did I know how little I actually knew about the female body!! I've learned that there is so much you can do, not only to avoid period pain and discomfort but actually thrive each day of the month!

Some of the biggest breakthroughs was learning about the seasons, structuring my diet, my workout schedule and how to avoid PMS & cramps. I am experiencing less anxiety and manage to take a lot of action without burning out. I’ve learnt how to really tune into listening to my body and giving myself what I feel I need rather than what I think I need. I used to have 3-4 intense days of heavy flow & painful cramps where I would stay home and be in bed & now can go to the gym & remain productive & active consistently throughout my period. Thank you so much for everything you’ve taught me, you’ve really changed my life!
