Things have not been going great lately, I almost canceled my meeting I was so stressed, but as always after a call with Jen I felt a million times better. I had action steps to get myself back on track I was able to vent in a judgment free zone and I felt heard and valued. No matter what I'm dealing with Jen always has something I can try to make it better!!!

I enjoy meetings with Jennifer! She always helps me reframe my thoughts and feelings and look at things with a different, more positive, perspective. I enjoy the books chosen for the book studies and get a lot more out of them during the discussions. It is well worth my time!
