💫 Now more than ever, we are being called to HEAL - from our inner child wounds, ancestral traumas, societal programming, collective conditioning and subconscious fears.

💫It requires us each to KNOW THYSELF and to go deeper within — BEcoming present and nurturing to our suppressed pain and nourishing our most authentic soul self. Bringing a balance of BEing into our human journey—instead of DOing in reactivity to the outer world.

MY SOUL'S JOURNEY:

In 2011, I became a first-time mother (leaving the corporate world) at the age of 39 and little did I realize my daughter would be my greatest awakener and catalyst (and she continues to be) where I was called to dive deep into my own soul healing journey of inner parenting to learn how to best usher her into the world as her own unique and authentic spirit. In 2019, I self-published a poetry book www.permissiontofeel.life - which became a vessel of my own soul's voice to help heal the hearts of humanity, alongside my own.

I know first-hand that the quest to embodying our most authentic self can often feel lonely, arduous and overwhelming and if we remain open— it can be awe-inspiring, exciting and evolutionary at the same time. Oftentimes, we are given great CHAlleNGEs to change and discover our resiliency and gifts.

I have spent over 12 years upon the path of self-discovery and soul-remembering to becoming my authentic self. I know the "dark night of the soul" at a deep cellular level and the pain that comes with the shedding of the skin (false protections) through the “death and rebirth” cycles - as the soul awakens authentically anew on the other side.

MY SOUL'S WISDOM and EXPERIENCES:

Through my own soul healing and soul remembrance journey, I know deeply and have learned (and continue to learn) how to navigate the path of the unfolding authentic self and desire through my own soul's mission to share, show and shepherd illumination upon the path of another into discovering and guiding them to:

Empower them with their innate gifts and Divine essence;

Hold space for their soul be to seen, held and heard;

Activate their soul into their highest vibration and frequency so they can emanate that energy from their inner world to the outer world;

Illuminate where they shine and how they they can be in alignment with their natural environment and energies and gifts

The process of becoming our highest, truest and best self requires:
