Hey! I'm Sarah and my health journey began in 2019. I got very ill, seemingly over night. For months, I was incredibly distraught and wondering what had happened to my body. Eventually, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, Epstein Barr Virus, Cytomegalovirus, and Candida. I quickly figured out that Western Medicine wasn't going to be able to help me and I began a journey learning about health and wellness and the true, incredible, healing power of food.

The moment my diet changed, my health immediately improved. With each step closer to a clean, living diet, I became more and more healthy until it eventually led me to fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. It has been a journey that has taught me so much and I'm so grateful.
