Meet Kirstein and Nichole

Kirstein Howell
Kirstein is a yoga teacher with a passion for helping others to find ways to love themselves into a more authentic life. A former English teacher and USA Today Bestselling author, aka Kiki Howell, she brings her love of reading into all she does, finding new and eclectic ways to pull all she has learned into her practices.

Kirstein is a Shamanic Witch, certified in Shamanic Energy Work with the World Metaphysical Association and the Accreditation Council of Holistic Healers (WMA and ACHH). She holds multiple essential oil certifications through the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (CARE).

Nichole Catalano-Miller

Nichole is a student of all things wellness-related. With a combined degree in Exercise Physiology, Health Psychology, and Health Education, she is also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, ERYT-500 and YACEP through the Yoga Alliance, Certified Master Meditation Teacher, and ACLM Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach.

Nichole's mission is to marry the best of modern health, well-being, and behavioral science with the wisdom of holistic practices to powerfully support women in creating a life that allows their inherent vibrance, creativity, and gifts to shine.
