Mission Statement

The mission of You Talk! While I Listen™ is to create peace of mind and emotional relief by providing a safe, compassionate space where people can speak freely and be heard with empathy. We honor vulnerability and meet each client where they are — offering supportive listening, understanding, and connection through life’s emotional challenges.

When our mental health starts screaming at us, sometimes what we need most is simply to be heard with empathy.

What We Offer

🌿 Clarity Listening Sessions

30-minute private, one-on-one emotional listening sessions where clients can talk openly without judgment or diagnosis.

💬 Emotional Support Text Messages

Supportive encouragement through scheduled text messaging for emotional check-ins and positive reinforcement.

✨ Morning Affirmation Text Messages

Weekly uplifting affirmations delivered by text to support emotional alignment, self-worth, and positive mindset development.

🧠 Insight Coaching (Emotional Wellness Coaching)

Supportive coaching sessions focused on increasing emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and building healthier emotional habits.

This service draws from mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral coaching principles for emotional growth and self-reflection. It is not psychotherapy or clinical treatment.

📅 Appointment Cancellation Policy

To respect both our time:

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable and count as used sessions.
