Overview

This role serves as the Product & Technology Integration Lead for Pensight’s global business, with primary responsibility for evolving Pensight into a core growth product for the global market.

In this position, the individual is expected to translate business strategy into concrete outcomes through technology and product execution. The mission includes end-to-end ownership of product ideation, design, implementation, and operation, ensuring that strategic intent is realized through scalable and reliable systems.

This is not a conventional engineering management role. Rather, it is a cross-functional leadership position that integrates business, customer value, and technology to materialize product value in real market conditions.

Reporting Line

Reports to Group CTO

Role Scope and Collaboration

Discovery of customer problems, hypothesis formulation, and validation in product value creation are conducted in close collaboration with the business team.

While customer insights and value hypotheses are primarily led by the business side, this role is expected to engage deeply in those discussions, proposing feasible and scalable solutions from the perspectives of technology, implementation, and UX, and taking responsibility for turning those hypotheses into tangible product value.

Core Responsibilities and Authority
Responsibilities (Short to Mid-Term)
Full Ownership of Product and Technology Outcomes

Design feature development and technical investments from the standpoint of product value, driving improvements that directly impact revenue, retention, and ARPU.

Technical decisions are made with the expectation that they translate directly into business outcomes, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform robustness.

Knowledge Transfer and Standardization Post-Founder Transition

Fully absorb and standardize all existing codebase, infrastructure, and operational knowledge, eliminating single-person dependencies.

Establish development environments that allow continuous improvement by any qualified team member through automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks.

Translating Value Hypotheses into Product Reality

Collaborate closely with business leaders to implement defined value hypotheses through technology and UX, ensuring high-quality user experience and conversion performance.

Continuously reflect market and user behavior changes into product updates, building a data-driven improvement loop for global users.

Building the Development Organization

Design local hiring strategies, role specialization, and sprint operations to establish a self-operating team of 3–5 members.

Implement development standards, review processes, and quality benchmarks that enable stable and repeatable delivery.

Team Leadership and Autonomous Operations

Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation of engineers, PMs, and designers, forming a compact, high-impact team.

Through delegation and process definition, establish a system that produces consistent results without reliance on specific individuals.

Risk Management Through Transparency

Ensure all major decisions, designs, and operational policies are documented and transparent, allowing executive leadership to maintain situational awareness at all times.

Standardize procedures and responsibility boundaries so that business continuity is maintained even under unexpected risk scenarios.
