August was all about what happens around your sessions: Smart chat flags, recordings that capture everyone, and more. Here's what's new.

Chat Attention: never let a conversation slip

Busy weeks mean messages fall through the cracks. Chat Attention keeps watch over your client chats and quietly flags the ones that need you:

• Reply — a client asked something and is still waiting
• Follow-up — a promising conversation has gone quiet
• Commitment — you said you'd send something, and the deadline is coming up

Each flag shows you exactly why it was raised, with the relevant quote from the conversation — no digging back through the thread. And when you're ready to respond, hit Draft with AI to get a follow-up written for you, dropped straight into your message box to edit and send. Not relevant? Dismiss it with one click.

And this month, the flags got a new member: Unbooked. When a session has been discussed in a conversation but the time was never actually confirmed, the conversation gets flagged — with an AI-drafted nudge ready to send, inviting your client to pick a time. It's deliberately conservative: if the session is already confirmed, the flag doesn't appear.

Group call recordings now capture everyone

Recordings of group calls now show every attendee, not just the active speakers. Everyone appears in a grid throughout the recording — and when someone shares their screen, the presentation takes center stage with participants alongside. If you run group programs or workshops, your recordings are now a complete record of who was in the room.

Test your setup before the call

Nothing derails a session like "can you hear me?" There's now a call diagnostics page that checks your microphone, speaker, and camera right in the browser: a 10-second mic test with a live volume meter, a speaker test tone, and a camera preview that confirms the right device is selected.

Everything runs locally in your browser — nothing is recorded or sent anywhere — and it even generates a copyable report for our support team if something's off. The page works without logging in, so you can send the link to a client before an important session.

Rethink your bundle pricing until the first sale

Recurring coaching bundles got more flexible: the choice between a fixed session pack and an auto-renewing subscription is no longer locked at creation. You can now switch billing modes freely right up until the bundle gets its first purchase or pending order — so you can draft, preview, and change your mind before launch without recreating the offer.
