What's New on Pensight: Summer 2026 Product Updates

The past couple of months have been busy ones. From recurring coaching revenue to crisper video and smarter chat, here's everything we've shipped between June and August — and how to start using it today.

Turn coaching bundles into recurring revenue

Coaching bundles can now renew automatically. Instead of selling a one-off pack of sessions, you can offer an ongoing coaching subscription — for example, 4 sessions per month, billed monthly, until canceled.

When creating or editing a bundle, tick "Renew sessions each billing period," set your price and billing frequency, and you're done. Your client is charged automatically each period and receives a fresh session allowance every time. Recurring bundles can be as small as one session per period, making them perfect for a monthly check-in retainer.

We've handled the edge cases too: if a client cancels but still has meetings on the calendar, the bundle enters a wind-down state so you can both complete what's already scheduled.

For you, this means predictable, recurring income from your coaching practice. For your clients, it's a simple retainer they can cancel anytime.

Take control of your booking start times

Ever looked at your calendar and found meetings starting at 3:35, 4:10, and 5:55? You can now choose how often booking slots start — every 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

You'll find the new "Booking start times" dropdown above your weekly availability calendar. Set it to every 30 or 60 minutes and your clients see a shorter, tidier list of options — and your day stays organized around clean, predictable start times.

Nothing changes unless you want it to: existing schedules keep the current 5-minute granularity, and any time you explicitly suggest to a client is always honored exactly.

Edit and unsend chat messages

Typos, wrong-thread messages, second thoughts — we've all been there. You can now edit or unsend your own messages in Pensight chat.

Hover over any message you've sent and open the ⋯ menu to:

  • Edit — rewrite the message in place; it's marked "(edited)" so the conversation stays honest.
  • Unsend — remove the message content for everyone. Attached files are retracted too, so they're no longer accessible.

Alongside this, chat got two more quality-of-life upgrades:

  • Read receipts — a subtle "Read" indicator appears under your latest message once it's been seen.
  • More private email notifications — chat notification emails no longer include message text, so nothing you later edit or unsend lives on in someone's inbox.

Your videos, now in full 1080p HD

Every video you upload to Pensight — course lessons, product content, call recordings — is now streamed in up to 1080p Full HD, up from the previous 720p cap.

There's nothing to configure. Upload in high resolution and we automatically create a 1080p rendition alongside the adaptive-quality versions, so viewers on big screens get a genuinely sharper picture while viewers on slower connections still stream smoothly. (We're smart about it, too — lower-resolution uploads are never artificially upscaled.)

Embed interactive AI chatbots in your courses

Course lessons now support a new Iframe Embed content block, starting with support for MindPal AI chatbots.

Build a chatbot tutor, practice partner, or Q&A assistant in MindPal, paste its link into the new block, set your preferred height, and preview it right in the lesson editor. Your students interact with it directly inside the lesson — no external links, no leaving the course.

We're starting with MindPal and plan to expand supported embeds over time — tell us what you'd like to see (more on how below).

Meet the Pensight MCP server: run your business with AI (early access)

This one's for the AI-curious. Pensight now ships an official MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, which lets AI assistants like Claude connect securely to your Pensight account and do real work on your behalf.

An AI agent connected through MCP can:

  • Create, update, and publish offerings — digital products, 1:1 sessions, and Q&A
  • Build forms and email automations, and start or stop them
  • Audit your funnel — from profile traffic to free-offer follow-up to paid conversions
  • Read your 1:1 call transcripts to pull out insights and follow-ups

Imagine finishing a coaching call and asking your AI assistant to review the transcript, draft the follow-up email sequence, and set up the next offer — all through your Pensight account, with your permission.

The MCP server is rolling out in early access as part of our AI feature program. Keep an eye out for access details.

Learn faster with the new Success hub

There's a new Success section in your sidebar: short, practical video tutorials to help you set up, sell, and grow on Pensight. The first five lessons cover:

  • Setting up and optimizing your Pensight profile
  • Combining multiple products into one offer
  • Launching and running coaching services
  • Building an email funnel with automations
  • Launching email automations and broadcasts

Each video plays right on the page, and we'll keep adding lessons over time.

Tell us what to build next

Last but definitely not least: there's now a Feature requests page right inside the app (look for the lightbulb in your sidebar). Submit ideas, upvote requests from other creators, and follow along as they move through our roadmap — no separate account needed, you're signed in automatically.

Several of the features in this post started as conversations with creators like you. Now there's a direct line.

That's it for this round-up. Log in to try the new features, and if something's missing, you know where the lightbulb is.
