What is a Group Program?
Group Program is a product type designed to help you to sell a group coaching program or a live cohort-based course. For example, if you're looking to coach a group of people over a defined or undefined period of time via live coaching sessions, Group Programs are perfect.
How does it work?
Once you set up a Group Program, you can start selling access to it. New Group Program members will immediately get access to the group chat and calendar invites for any Group Sessions that you had already scheduled.
You can schedule multiple group sessions for the same cohort of people who bought access to the program and schedule as many sessions in advance as you like.
When you schedule the group sessions, we send automatic email confirmations and calendar invites to both you and Group Program members.
Group video calls happen inside Pensight, and you can record and share recordings with the program members. There is also a Group Program chat for the program members which is available outside and during the video sessions. Group session recording will be saved in the chat, where you will also be able to send messages, share files, and clients will receive email notifications when new messages appear in the chat, so that they can stay up to date and don't miss any important updates.
You can have up to 50 people in a single Group Program, and they can pay for the access via a lump sum, subscription, or instalments - it's completely up to you.
Some coaches run long-term continuous subscription payment based coaching services using Group Programs.
What else I should know?
You can offer as many video sessions as you like. You can schedule more sessions at any time in the program.
